We provide a professional, guaranteed packing service, but we also welcome you to bring in packed boxes, or we can provide the materials you need to pack them yourself. If you do pack your own boxes, please note that you accept responsibility for damage to the contents. Here are some tips for packing your boxes securely:

• Use sturdy corrugated boxes. Do not wrap with paper or string.
• Include a delivery address inside box.
• Use plastic packing tape or strapping tape. Do not use duct, masking, cellophane or any other type of tape.
• Write delivery & return addresses directly on the box with waterproof marker.
• Use at least two inches of styrofoam or bubble wrap around each fragile item and at least four inches around electronics. Crumpled paper is not adequate protection for fragile items or electronics.

We should have whatever boxes or envelopes you need to ship most items in-house. We have bicycle boxes, for example. We do not specialize in the crating and freighting of larger, unusual items, however.

We accept recycled styrofoam packing peanuts.
